I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years and specialize in foundations and masonry.  I also have a vast knowledge of all other aspects of construction.  I truly enjoy teaching my customers the ins and outs of their homes, how to maintain the house, and what issues to watch out for.

Buying a home is a significant investment, and I take pride in helping my clients during one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make.  A thorough home inspection will help keep you safe and protect you from costly repairs in the future.  I inspect every home as if I were buying it for MY family.   

 

After the inspection, I will deliver an easy-to-read report about the home's condition via email or hard copy if needed. I work for YOU and will provide the knowledge you need to make an informed decision on your purchase.
